Being born and raised in New England, Steve frequently visited Savannah, Ga and fell in love with the area. Now for more than a decade Steve has called it home. While obtaining his finance degree at Georgia Southern, he decided to get his real estate license and hasn’t looked back. Being immersed in real estate since the age of 17, Steve has years of experience in all facets of real estate with hundreds of transactions closed and is a regular member of the Distinguished Sales Society.

After working under, and eventually being managing Broker for Coldwell Banker Intercoastal Realty, Steve and his business partner Sue opened their own sales brokerage Intercoastal Realty and rental management company, Southern Coastal Management.

Steve prides himself on work ethic and treating each property under management as if it is his own. In addition to investing in real estate, Steve is the owner of Your CBD Store Rincon and co-owner of Bubbly’s Laundromat Springfield with his partner, Kayla.


Aside from being a workaholic, Steve enjoys traveling with Kayla and raising two boys which primarily revolves around sports. Friday nights are for high school football and most weekends they’re found in a wrestling gymnasium. While devoting a majority of his time to work, he also knows the importance of a work-life balance and putting family first.
